End User License Agreement

EULA - Agreement on Software Use and Voice Generation.

1. License Grant

AI Notes hereby grants you a PERSONAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, REVOCABLE license to install and use our applications (the "Software") on your compatible devices, strictly in accordance with these terms.

2. Voice Content Ownership

When you generate audio using our Text-to-Voice, YouTube Notes, or PDF Upload modules:

  • You own the copyright to the final audio output generated from your own text or documents.
  • You agree to grant AI Notes a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and transmit the generated audio ONLY as necessary to provide, optimize, and maintain the service for you.

3. Prohibited Uses

Under this license, you SHALL NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our voice models or AI-driven summary engines.
  • Bypass any technical measures we use to provide services or prevent unauthorized access.
  • Use our Software to generate automated audio spam, fraudulent robocalls, or to impersonate others without their express permission.

4. Modification and Updates

AI Notes may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features for the Software. These updates are mandatory to maintain connectivity and security. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Notes be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or inaccurate AI summaries.

6. Termination of Agreement

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or AI Notes. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
