By accessing or using AI Notes's applications and services, including Text-to-Voice, YouTube Notes, and PDF Upload, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Representations

When you upload content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to use, process, and convert the uploaded text or PDF documents.
  • Your use of our service does not violate any local, state, or international laws.
  • You will not use our services to create or distribute harassing, defamatory, or illegal content.

3. Use of YouTube Content

Our YouTube Notes module allows you to extract information from YouTube videos. You agree that:

  • You will only use this feature for personal, non-commercial research and educational purposes.
  • You will respect the intellectual property rights of the original content creators on YouTube.
  • AI Notes is not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from your misuse of the extracted notes or audio.

4. Intellectual Property

AI Notes owns all rights to the underlying software, AI algorithms, and voice models used in our service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these tools through our interface.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for 100% accuracy in our YouTube summaries and PDF-to-Voice conversions, we do not guarantee that the output will be error-free or perfectly suited for your specific needs.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AI Notes at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
